EYE ON…

The awesome Hancock Bridge Corridor which spans from Santa Barbara in Cape Coral to Route 41 in North Ft. Myers is bursting with some prime real estate properties seldom on the radar screen of many SW Florida realtors.

The Hancock Corridor is just a short drive to shoppers’ favorite jaunts like Home Depot, Lowes, and BJ’s.   For those who get hungry, there is the opportunity to visit the area eateries including   Carrabbas, Bubbas and Outback. Lest we forget The Preserve which will have 42 acres of conservation and habitat preserve.  It is the newest enclave of future single family, coach/carriage, and high rise units overlooking the river with a marina that is operational NOW!!!

Traveling east on Hancock Bridge we find FN04 and the Orange Grove area.   Shhh!! Few know that this locale boasts direct sail boat access with no bridges- no locks and access to the Gulf of Mexico at significantly lower prices than area competition having the same amenity!!

FN04 does not stop there!!  Skyline Drive embraces what is in its name…the majestic glimmer of the Caloosahatchee River with views of the River District skyline!  Upscale homes here will satisfy the most discriminating buyer.

If your clients want access to the river but do not want the price tag, FN04 is still in the running with Moody River Estates, a new gated community offering a waterfront park complete with boat slips and boat launch available to community residents! Several good deals there so you might have to act fast!

As we near the east end of Hancock Bridge, towering in the sky is North Star, an absolutely gorgeous luxury high rise complex soon to be complete.  A truly original approach to riverside living with abundant amenities.
